GBGBWe did not stay . The lobby was clean basic but well presented the rest of the hotel was a nightmare . On the way up to flights of stairs we started to see the dishevelled and dirty carpets . Its ok its communial areas ..... then we got to the room . Bathroom was disgusting brown stains on the vynil silicone hanging off shite marks in the bowl . The main room had dinks in the plasterboard walls the carpet was grubby my wife wouldnt take the boys socks off . No pillows on the z bed . The ones on the double were less than you would expect . There were hairs in the double bed . The tv didnt work no channels when i got it to work using the side buttons ,great with a 5 year old .wifi was none existant no way this is a 4 star hotel

A bit tatty., TV didnt work. Only one very thin pillow, on each bed, when we asked for more pillows we were told, that all the roons only had onr pillow per bed , we were eventualy given one more pillow each from an empty room as there were no extra pillows. So we went to the local ASDA and bought some pillows. Found it funny we had to buy pillows. However it was very good value for money even after buying the pillows
