Muy bonitas y nuevas las habitaciones, pero salimos a las 7 am y no habia ni agua ni cafe

Cost of this hotel and what they provided was not worth the stay advertised on Expedia that a laundry service was provided was.no laundry service provider The restaurant at the hotel is the most expensive restaurant in the area first day Dirty sheets everyday you have to ask for clean sheets and clean towels the bedroom is very small we had our use our suitcases as tables as nothing is provided but little tiny nightstands

En general todo muy bien, ahora tiene restaurante y están muy buenos las desayunos

Beautiful building, rooms, each space into the hotel is a piece of art, excelent taste to design each room and lobby. The problems here are in the service. First of all, the ladies in reception do not speak English. They offer some services, for example breakfast for the other day, but it did not arrive on time. On other hand, there was not hot water, therefore I have to take a shower with cold water, very unconfortable. Finally from my beautiful room I was listening the noise from the lobby.

Great place to stay though it’s a walk to town and we found local food places poor. Great cafe on local ‘lake’ up the road for view. Comfortable. A few niggles. Limited clothes storage, coffee machine off , really hard to get water between boiling and cold. Room was small but good.

Loved the properties central location and quirkiness. A great home base to celebrate Mexican independence.

The property is called Casa Nada because there is no restaurant. This is a stately old home which has been recently renovated. The owners live on one side, the other side has been developed into a ten room hotel. Daily room cleaning and towel changing is provided fresh clean everything. The hotel staff are students from the University of Guanajuato studying Tourism and other disciplines. I'm a single woman traveling alone, they made me feel like I was visiting friends. (Good to tip them when you leave.) Everyone was super friendly, attentive and accommodating. Some people speak basic English. The house is located in a square of grand old homes many which are being converted and remodeled, schools, government offices. The traffic flows in one direction around a lovely park, dam and lake area popular with local tourists.
