Casa Nada Hotel

The hotel is ok but we stays 2 nights and we never had hot water which is the minimum of service for an hotel . The closest property neighbor owns 3 dogs and they are outside night and day . I let you imagine . They don't have anything for sale ( drink or food not even a bottle of water ) . They have 4 spaces in the garage which was good for us . 30 minutes if distance by foot from the center . Good to know . The 203 room is small and there is the strict minimum . Goot to know .

Super little place with excellent parking.

Only issues are that it is quite a walk into town which was not a problem for us and there is very little choice nearby for dinner or breakfast.

Una muy agradable estancia, las habitaciones super cómodas y muy limpias, la decoración en general muy bonita. Muy buena zona en la que está ubicado, te puedes trasladar al centro muy rápido en transporte público ya que llevar tu coche al centro es un caos. Nos encantó el hotel! Super recomendable

Resulta un lugar cómodo y silensioso para descansar, ubicado en un lindo rumbo, un oasis dentro del bullicio de Guanajuato.

The room was fine I can't complain and always clean

The staff was really unprepared, lack of customer service, they didn't really know much about places to recommend, didn't have an insecticide!! One day I asked for filtered water and was finished 😪. It is meant to be a "cool" home but it isn't at all. Comfortable rooms and affordable thought with someone in reception 24/7. The cleaning lady was quite friendly. A very average accommodation
