The room is big and has a small balcony

The hotel is little far away from historic area, the luggage area is too small, can only put one small luggage.

We wouldn't stay here again. The hotel needed repairs. The frame on door to the bathroom was broken so we were not able to shut the door. When we first got there the guy at the desk was trying to double charge me for the room that I had already paid through Expedia. He said I hadn't pain and wanted my credit card. I am glad I brought the receipt with me showing it had been paid.

El lugar promete mucho, pero se queda muy corto, falta de toallas de mano, sin cafetera, sin vasos para beber el agua de la botella reciclada.

Las habitaciones son muy bonitas , con una temática muy cuidada y original , la zona de la Presa es una de las más bellas de Gto. Sin embargo la atención del personal y su apariencia nada profesional , nos hemos hospedado 3 ocasiones con Uds . La primera vez fue excelente !! inclusive el recibimiento , falta mayor calidez para los huéspedes y compromiso por parte del personal . De lo demás el hotel es perfecto para hospedarse .

The hotel decor was unique and pleasing. The bed and linens were very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing good recommendations. The neighborhood near the reservoir is very quiet and has some great restaurants and bars nearby.

Some problems with the boiler and a plugged sink were fixed quite promptly. I knew that the hotel was located up the hill near the reservoir, but something to keep in mind is that buses running up there stop around 8 pm. Be prepared to walk or pay for a taxi to get home in the evenings.
