Cozy Studios on Freedom Square

Great location, very close to the old city. The premises were clean, tidy and well-stocked, and the host was exceedingly accommodating as for check-in/check-out time.

Some of the facilities on premises were lacking (the clothes drying rack was broken, the kettle was covered in limescale) and the location of the premises is kinda hard to explain — if you are ordering any delivery, be prepared to patiently talk the courier through the way inside.

Bed was OK, studio had unique style. It had microwave, basic electric stove and washing machine (didn't use but hope it's working). Iron and cutlery was good. Shower was good with constant availability of hot water. Near to freedom square.

No lift (carried luggage to ground plus 2 floor on stairs), no reception/staff available, top floor stairs and outside studio was without light at night. Few light bulbs in room were fused. Room was clean but roof had spider webs. Stairs area was dark and uncleaned. Bathroom is very small. Incorrect location, it's in area in front of ibiz style Hotel (location Sent was of backside Street without entrance). Overpriced. Not recommended for family with kids, old people or people having difficulty climbing stairs. Should install light bulbs outside room and building (looks scary at night). No bidet (Muslim shower)

Cool fancy apartment in old building in calm street in the heart of Tbilisi. Everything was perfect. There's a private car park few meters away, for 20lari/day if you need to park your car.
