Cozy Studios on Freedom Square

The studio apartment is very comfortable and well located in a quiet courtyard off of a popular street. It was possible to walk to many great places in Tbilisi. I particularly appreciated the bed, which was comfortable.

The building so old almost will fall down in any time no elevator stairs so old

super location, everything was around, 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. It was very convenient for me as a tourist. recommended!

The place is specious and is located near freedom square which is centrally located to everywhere you want to walk to and it has so many restaurants and couple of malls around the corner. Also upon checkout the owner allowed me to extend it until 3 pm as my flight was at 6 pm. They are very kind and respond to you immediately.

The initial communication with the owner was little bit confusing as they have sent me 2 images of passcode of the keys box. Furthermore the images doesn’t show the actual apartment view (which was not pleasant at all) thinking that my view will be the same as Paul’s cafe. There was no clear instruction notes that indicates that; 1. Upon opening the door there will be many apartment’s within, so if you look at the key you will know which apartment is yours (in the confirmation email it did not indicate which one is my apartment. I had to figure it out after trying to open many doors). 2. There was WiFi code instruction which I had to call the owner to get it 3. Also no instructions on how to use the electronics microwave/ washing machines.. Upon entering the building it would be dark from ground the floor until 1st floor which can make you feel unsafe a bit. During the 3rd day of stay the water went off while I was taking a shower but it came back slowly within 2 mins. The water pressure was not too strong. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor which was ok with me.
