Stunning, elegant, felt like a truly luxurious stay at an amazing price

The building is beautiful and its grand history is referenced throughout and in the room. The reception area is lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had triple the space of an ordinary 2 queen hotel room for the same price, with the added bonus of a great location in a historic property.

The only issue was the window in the room didn't shut completely letting cold air into the otherwise comfy room through a small crack. We only stayed one night and it was not an issue for us, and staff assured us it would be addressed before the next guest checked in.

Sosuites overbooked and told us they didnt have a room for us when we arrived. left us with difficult option to reimburse us and we try to find another hotel at last minute, or stay at another facility further away. we took the later option only to find out the other option was $183/night cheaper and they offered us $50 refund for our inconvenience. Once we checked into the other facility we looked up the nightly rate and we reached out to customer service the next day and ssaid they owed us a $550 refund and the $50 they offered was insufficient. If we hadnt done that they would have ripped us off for $500. Talk about a bait and switch. We filed a complaint to better business bureau about them to document their practice of overbooking and not reimbursing customer for full amount.

Room was very clean. Staff was exceptional in helping with any problems.

there was a large step getting into my bedroom room. This was awkward and dangerous. There were no windows in my bedroom.

What breakfast?

Valet parking takes 30 minutes to get your car not the 10-15 reception said and you have to send/call at least twice to get it
