We were given the wrong room upon our arrival. A staff member stepped in and made it right. An inconvenience but grateful for the staff

I liked the apartment layout and location to Old Town.

Aircon was cold downstairs and hot upstairs and you couldn’t fix this. Plus third person does have to sleep on the lounge, which is no good if they want to go to bed. Good apartment for two people.

The location is good for exploring old city and central city.

The units are poorly insulated so sound travels from unit to unit ( or hall ) loud shouting, loud music, street noise were a major issue.

Great location, great facilities and very clear and well-kept rooms and apartments.

This is a luxury rental building with people living in it. The walls in the apartment are thin and there's a lot of noise that comes from other apartments and the hallways. I stayed here 4 times due to its proximity to my office in Philly, and every single time I had trouble sleeping because people were being extremely loud in the hallways and other rooms late at night. In fact, they know about this problem and provide ear plugs for all guests as curtesy. They don't help much, though. Last night I was pretty much kept awake for at least an hour because of a couple that was having an extremely loud argument in the middle of the night and I could hear basically everything. I couldn't tell if they were in the floor above, below or same floor as me...

The location was amazing! We were only there for two days and thankful to be near so many places we could walk to.

There was a significant issue with the heating. The draft from the window was so strong that no one could comfortably sit in the living area. I asked about a space heater or extra blankets and was told it would be checked, but I never received a follow-up. There were a few smaller issues we worked around—dirty dishes in the cabinet and a malfunctioning coffee machine—but the heating was the major concern. It was cold enough that we needed multiple layers to sleep, and although we were out most of the day, we couldn’t spend time in the living areas in the evening because it was too cold.
