This exceptional, modern apartment places you right in the heart of Old Montreal. Every feature has been remodeled: vinyl flooring, ceramic tile bathroom (elegant), dining table with quite comfortable and supportive chairs, full kitchen with dishes, comfortable couch (not too soft or deep), very comfortable beds and bedding, interesting artwork. Elevator access. Best of all a full size washer and dryer! No parking on site, but there is a secure parking garage one block away on King Edward Quay, by the Science Center. A little expensive, but hey, this is Montreal; we left our car there for 4 days, no problem. The apartment overlooks the start of the pedestrian walk on Rue Saint Paul. Many nearby shops and restaurants. Code accessible front door and apt door. Host kindly stored our luggage from 10-4, until the apartment was ready for check-in. Host available 24-7 by phone .

1- pas de débarbouillettes 2-des fuites d,eau du plafond(toit) a deux endroits . Nous avons communiquer 5 fois avec le numéro de contact sur la réservation et aucun retour pour regler la situation.

I think that the location was excellent. Right next to Old Port and the pedestrian street. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The price for the location was reasonable and the comfort was supreme. The amenities inside the room were nice too (TV, WIFI, kitchen).

It was a bit noisy at times. Understandable, since in the center of downtown. But also you could hear other guests walking around upstairs and even through the walls at times. Not a dealbreaker, but just be aware.

The street noise was loud at night but that’s what you get for such a great location! We brought our sound machine (based on previous reviews)or you could use an app for sleep noise played on your phone, and it did eliminate that issue.

This is a beautiful apartment - I could have lived there. The high ceilings, spatial layout and overall furnishings and design were perfect. It is in the heart of old Montreal and provided great access to shops, art galleries, restaurants and the port, just outside the door.

The only thing that was missing was a way to make coffee in the morning and I wished I had brought my own conditioner as this was not provided. The coffee maker issue was not such a big deal as there are many cafes in walking distance but it still would have been nice. Also, it took me a long time to figure out how to get the tv to work on the one night I wanted to watch a movie.

Bij het openen van de deur viel het ons direct op hoe fris en proper alles was! De ruimtes waren perfect van ruimte en het ligt op een top locatie! We waren na een drukke dag op stap blij dat we er weer waren. Ook qua communicatie verliep alles heel vlot zowel op voorhand, tijdens of erna als je een vraag hebt. Wij raden het iedereen aan.

Great location. Easy check in and out. Spacious apartment.

If they had dedicated parking it would perfect but we knew that was an issue going in.
