Bloom Hotel - HITEC City

Very very functional

Door was not closing properly

It was good

We requested for 1 hour late checkout when we checked in he said ok but while checking he was continuously calling for checkout

Everything is well planned and easy to access as should be in a business hotel. Fairly central location with good restaurants and malls nearby.

Basic stuff like hairdryers were not available in the room. We had to request it. They had a weird restriction that visitors are not allowed in the rooms this was not stated in the hotel policy on booking.com. There were some old and damaged air-conditioning control boards in the room. These were not removed. View outside is terrible.

The location

The rooms weren't clean, washroom was stinking felt like there was a layer of phenyl on top of stinking floors. Room had a weird smell. The buffet cold coffee jar had fungus on it. I have stayed other bloom hotels this was an insult to the brand. The staff is non responsive. The door man is never available to open the door but was available to come ask for tips at my time of leaving.
