Bloom Hotel - HITEC City

The room size is decent ,when compared to similarly priced competitor. The location is decent if one has work in nearby 5km radius.

The room furniture,furbishing, sanitory fittings is worn out. More then the actual age of the establishment. This points towards upkeep and maintainance. It also says that the place must be highly occupied. My ID (adhar card) taken for fotocopying was left at the desk while checking-in. Though it was the same staff while checking out there was no note/update at the desk about an I.d. That something as important as Adhar Card. This does happen at many other places;But they instantly make a point a to send it to the room OR give it back at the desk. No one seems to be bothered about this at the desk. Speaks very poor about the senior managements attention. I had to make a call and inform the front desk about the incident. Even then it took them a day to come back and confirm. Finally I had tough time to arrange a person locally to pick-up and get it couriered to me.

Nothing is important

Helpful reception staff. Lady personally rushed to the pharmacy to help with my daughter's fever, in early hours of the day. The gentleman who helped with reservations was also very considerate. Room service was impeccable. Whatever asked for, was given without questioning why. Room was very spacious. Budget hotel. Highly recommend.
