The staff - everything else was awful. Awful facilities. Awful decor. Nothing matched the description of the website.

Bathroom had cracked tiles everywhere, missing paint off the ceiling, mirrors broken, floors and wooden connecting all broken and lifting, windows broken, mould, painted around the bed frame, not a double bed, one cup provided in a £217 room!!
