Clean, good location, friendly staff, exceptional dinner, variety in how the dinner is served, the soothing dinner at dinner. The pool bar is a marvel.

So difficulty to get private quiet moments on the beach because of vendors and loiters there… eish

"Schön gelegenes Hotel mit einigen Schwächen und einem schlechten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis"

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, die Hotelzimmer sind sehr schön aufgebaut und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten die Suite mit Whirlpool und Terrasse zum Meer. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Cocktails, welche bei All-Inclusive mit inbegriffen waren. Die Massagen vor Ort sind sehr gut.

Leider haben wir erst am letzten Tag den Zustand der Matratze gesehen, welche total verschmutzt war. Darüber hinaus gibt es Bauarbeiten an dem Hotel welche jeden Tag von Morgens bis 22 Uhr abends durchgeführt werden. Das führt leider zu permanenter Lärmbelästigung. Des Weiteren waren die Bauarbeiten auf dem Dach neben dem Appartement, wobei die Bauarbeiter direkt auf unseren Whirlpool geguckt haben. Viele andere Hotelgäste haben sich leider sehr daneben benommen (Lärm und Gekreische bis spät in die Nacht, schlechtes Benehmen gegenüber dem Personal, Verschmutzung beim Essen).

"TOA was amazing and I would highly recommend it."

The food was amazing. So much variety and just deliciously prepared. They make dinners very special. The Royal suite was great, we enjoyed the hot tub. The staff are so friendly, so helpful and just amazing.

I would only recommend more entertainment or facilities for kids.

Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Lage direkt am Strand, besondere Architektur, großzügiger Service, super Essen und schönes Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ein besonderer Ort für Urlaub. Und die Gratulation zum Geburtstag war der Hammer. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder.
