We had an incredible stay in Toa. The hotel exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, the staff were warm and attentive, and the ocean views were simply stunning. We held our wedding at the hotel, and I cannot rate the experience high enough. The key feature of this hotel is the wonderful staff. From the planning in the months leading up to our wedding to the actual time we arrived in the resort the staff were exceptional. Ester with all the wedding planning and execution, Muddy with the accommodations, Merriam with the food and beverage arrangements, Yemes and Dickson in the bar, and every member of the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and super helpful. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a special experience with wonderful memories! The rooms were clean and modern, the food for an all-inclusive hotel was top shelf. The cocktails were delicious, and the beach and pool was clean and tranquil. The resort offered us great value for a large group of people. I can definitely recommend TOA and we cannot wait to see you again!

Everything, what an amazing establishment and staff! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and hospitality! We were gifted half boarding, talk about superior customer service! The rooms were amazing and beautiful, cleaned daily. The food options were amazing, our last dinner was on the beach with entertainment, wow! What a beautiful experience from beginning to the end. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a holiday experience like no other. The pictures are not AI, it’s stunning in real life.

The cleaning staff can be less noisy as a guest I’d like to sleep in. Otherwise that’s it.

Var riktigt rent och fräscht samt personalen var riktigt trevlig. Specifikt Cecilia som var så härlig mot oss när vi kom fram och hjälpte oss med middag för dagarna vi stannade.
