Although the location is great, there is no parking, and you cannot drive directly in front of the hotel because the road is blocked. As a result, you have to pay for parking and carry your luggage yourself. There is no bellboy to assist with bags. When we arrived, the reception staff did not even bother to pause their conversation to greet us. There was no welcome or information provided unless we specifically asked. The staff clearly need better training in basic hospitality. The spa is not included and is charged extra even for hotel guests. Our room faced an inner courtyard, so there was no outside view at all. Breakfast could also be improved, especially the hot buffet selection. We spent another two nights at a different hotel during the same trip, which was excellent in every way—highlighting how disappointing this stay was in comparison.

The location is great, it’s very clean and run professionally.

It’s not the cheapest but it is a good standard!

Breakfast selection was good. Room was clean on arrival. Public areas clean and nicely furnished.

Restaurant service was hideous. Ordered food was cold or barely warm each time. Large group in house "Arthur Murray" took over the entire restaurant. People walking around barefoot, loud, putting make-up on at the tables. Non group guests were completely dissatisfied and unhappy. As a retired Food & Beverage Director you should be using the balroom or for this large of a group. Front desk said there was a 50% discount for the Spa. We went there to inquire and the attendant advised it was only off the entrance fee. She did not tell us what the entrance fee was nor did she provide us with a Spa Menu. We had intended to do a Spa Day at the hotel, but after encountering this level of service and the fact that she looked at us as if we shouldn't even be there as if it was bothersome, we left. We went to the lounge for Happy Hour to hear the Jazz Band on Thursday as suggested by the front desk and no one came to the table after 15 minutes so we went to the bar and they sent someone that appeared to be the supervisor. She took the order delivered it and asked for payment. We saw she was running a tab at other tables, but we were not asked if we were guests so we could charge it to the room we just paid by credit card, finished the drinks and left. We had intended to dine at the restaurant, but given the lackluster and very poor service. We ate out for all our meals. Our stay was for seven days and the room is not adequate for travellers with a lot of luggage which is usual for clients travelling abroad, especially, when you are travelling for three months. We followed the request to save on daily towels; however, your staff clearly does not adhere to it and kept replacing all the towels. Housekeeping is very wasteful. Asked to replenish the coffee as it was overlooked and specifically said how many which was just a few and received at least 10.
