"Excellent location, warm, inviting well run hotel"

The location is the best, so central, literally everything is on your doorstep. The hotel itself is warm, inviting and well managed. The rooms were generous and clean. Just worked perfectly for a short trip to Reykjavik

We did have a problem with noise from the room above, but down to that guest rather than the hotel I think

Brilliant location, very helpful staff, nice rooms, great breakfast.

The spa comes with an extra cost, which for that price level is really weird. The room was a bit noisy, we were constantly hearing noises from the restaurant.
