Blue Palm Bacalar

We had an amazing stay at the Blue Palm Bacalar! The grounds are stunning, with landscaping worthy of a botanical garden. The restaurant food is simply amazing. So delicious and beautifully served. The owners and all staff are friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Loved it! Wonderful small boutique hotel. Quiet, nice rooms, beds A/C, Large bathroom with hot shower. Restaurant on site. The breakfast that comes with the room is spectacular!! We will stay here again. TY!!

My husband and I had the most amazing stay. The room was large, the bed extremely comfortable, and the morning included breakfast was fantastic. The pool is good for a dip and for relaxing in the hammocks after a long day at the lagoons. The hotel staff at the reception, the restaurant and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel setting is very tropical and holiday like.The owners (Sam and Juan - originally from Atlanta, Georgia) are there pretty much 24x7 ensuring your stay is nothing less than perfect. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay heavenly.

Nice hotel!

Super vriendelijke eigenaar en personeel. Veel en goede tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Heel mooi complex met prachtige binnentuin. Fietsen zijn een bonus! Zalig verblijf!!! Tipje voor de eigenaar: een sfeerlampje aan het bed. (Bij de nieuwe kamers de airco niet recht boven het bed hangen 😉)

Blue Palm är verkligen en liten oas i Bacalar! När man kommer in genom grindarna ser man en härlig innergård med en slingrande pool och en massa solstolar där vi spenderade många timmar. Personalen var alla jättetrevliga och servicen var långt över förväntan. Varje morgon går ägaren runt och hälsar nya gäster välkomna, och tipsar om vad Bacalar har att erbjuda. Vi hade långa och trevliga konversationer varje morgon. Maten var fantastisk och alla våra vänner som var med på resan samlades på Blue Palm för vår avslutningsmiddag, alla var jättenöjda! Cyklar fanns att låna när vi skulle på utflykter, och receptionen hjälpte oss med allt när vi behövde taxi, boka bussbiljetter och annat. Allt som allt fem stjärnor för detta supermysiga boutique-hotell, vi kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka framöver!
