Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Restaurants und die Lagune sind unweit entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett ist bequem. Es gibt einen Safe und einen kleinen Kühlschrank, sowie Duschartikel und einen Fön. Vor dem Zimmer ist eine bequeme Hängematte. Der Pool ist sauber und die Liegen bequem. Kostenfreie Fahrräder stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

This hotel is fantastic! It’s central, has parking, beautiful pool, gorgeous rooms - so much care and attention has been put into this, and breakfast was the best so far. But, what makes this hotel really stand out is the service. The lady on reception was able to answer every question we had, and on arrival explained all the potential tours, restaurant recommendations, provided a map and gave us all the information we needed (in perfect English) - sadly we only had a day here. The owner ‘hosts’ breakfast welcoming and chatting to all guests, which is a really nice touch. He recommended a whole day of activities , which we followed, and it was fabulous. Very, very highly recommended. This is a must stay hotel.

I enjoyed my birthday at the hotel. The staff suprised me with a birthday cake! Amazing owner who is very helpful, great staff to help you book activities, a true oasis in Bacalar.

Einzigartiges Hotel auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Das Personal ist herausragend aufmerksam und freundlich. Ausgezeichnet gutes Frühstück und Abendessen kann man im angrenzenden Restaurant mit sehr netter Bedienung und hervorragender Küche einnehmen. Der Inhaber Juan begrüßte uns jeden morgen persönlich mit Informationen über mögliche Ausflugsziele, Aktivitäten und Sehenswertes in Bacalar und Umgebung, was uns sehr begeisterte. Komfortable, saubere und schöne Zimmer, mit einem großen und bequemen Bett. Eine Poollandschaft mit schönen Garten die zum entspannen einlädt. Es können kostenlos Fahrräder für eine Ausfahrt genommen werden. Man fühlt sich durchgehend willkommen. Für uns das beste Hotel unserer Yucatan Rundreise, wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Ein großer Dank an das gesamte Team vom Hotel Blue Palm.

camas muy cómodas, hay refri, alberca excelente, bicis y desayuno gratis y ubicacion privilegiada...

El hotel muy bonito y cerca de todo, restaurante muy rico y el personal en general muy atento !!! Te recomiendan todo lo relacionado al lugar y el trato de Juan (dueño) inigualable !!! Muy atento de sus huéspedes … sin duda regresaría !!!

Estuve como en mi casa, muy cómoda y atendida.
