"TRÈS AGRÉABLE"

L'hôtel possède un restaurant La Confesse. Nous y avons souper et nous n'avons pas regretté. Soirée animée blues et jazz par deux musiciens. Cuisine et service excellents. Qualité prix très corrects. Très bons cocktails. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée. Le restaurant est ouvert hors hôtel mais il faut mieux réserver. A découvrir si vous êtes dans le coin de Magog

Booking m'avait confirmé que mes déjeuners seraient gratuits vu mon statut Génius. Hélas l'hôtel ne sert pas de déjeuner. Nous avons eu une boite à lunch pas terrible pour un matin alors que nous séjournions deux nuits. Cela fait deux fois que Booking me trompe sur les services. (en avril 2025 pour une réservation au Concorde à Québec.). Booking devrait réviser ses descriptifs afin que le client ne soit pas surpris et déçu.

Propreté impeccable. Personnel courtois.

Isolation de la chambre . Une chance que des bouchons d'oreilles étaient disponibles. Band le soir de notre séjour était un irritant.

Beautiful location, very kind staff. Fantastic restaurant La confesse adjacent to the hotel with beautiful terasse and excellent menu. I arrived late before the closing on Truth and reconciliation day and could choose anything on the menu. Had fabulous melting in mouth, falling off the bone lamb, which made my day. Simple but comfortable and clean room at low price. Perfect stay and rest.
