Au Sommet du Lac Magog

L'emplacement est magnifique. La chambre était très propre en général.

La literie n'était pas propre. Il y avait des cheveux sous la couverture et l'oreiller sentait fort le parfum.

Had an average stay at somet de la montagne Maggog. Had a view of woods.. also constructuin going on under our windo that started early friday am. Also fir cleanliness room is carowtedand iam not sure how cleaning is done.. bed frame also material ..difficult to clean. No breakfast i cluded but did offer 15% at the dining room which we didnt have inte tion on going. No decafetated coffee pods in room . We asked for some and the maid never came back. Room not cleaned or replenashed for our 2nd night.. so still no coffee and we ate with our dirty dished.. staff friendly but a lot of improvement neededunder our window e

Very friendly staff. Our room was spotless. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and it was also excellent.
