La Zambra Resort Mijas - Marbella The Unbound Collection By Hyatt

Second stay at La Zambra, beautiful hotel, understated luxury overlooking the golf course. Staff all very helpful and courteous and really comfortable beds and linen. I really enjoyed the morning Pilates and Yoga sessions. Breakfast nice selection of buffet plus Al la carte.

Summer location not winter

The most beautiful 5 stars hotel my husband and I have ever been so far in Spain, right by the golf course. Very good facilities including spa with heated pools. There are also outdoor pools but not heated, can be a bit too cold to swim for April.

Amazingly beautiful resort right by a golf course, great value for money

This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

Das La Zambra (früher: Byblos Andaluz) ist ein wunderbares Hotel zum Entspannen, schön gelegen in der Sierra de Mijas, etwas abseits vom Trubel der Küste, doch sind Marbella und Malaga in einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Pools, Restaurant, Bar, Zimmer und Spa lassen keine Wünsche offen und das Hotelpersonal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This is hands down the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I will definitely be returning in the future. The experience was exceptional, from the outstanding service to the luxurious amenities. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I look forward to coming back soon!

Pros: Nice property. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Free valet parking. Cons: Average breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly but understaffed. Charge for things such as extra water for the room, tennis court use, sauna use. Room rate was expensive compared to other hotels we stayed during our trip which were nicer and cheaper.

I stayed at La Zambra for two nights, with our main purpose being to relax after several day trips near Málaga, including Córdoba and Granada. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—professional, cheerful, and always willing to help, whether at the reception, the spa, or the restaurants. Check-in was seamless, making for a great start to our stay. We opted for a suite, which was incredibly spacious and furnished with luxurious amenities. The spa was outstanding, offering a wide variety of treatments and facilities. The hotel staff were highly attentive to our dietary requirements and ensured that vegetarian options were available for both breakfast and dinner. I would absolutely love to return and highly recommend staying at this resort if you have the opportunity.
