Location, very clean, good value

Parking was a challenge, juggling access codes

Well located, clean and and generally good. But rather compact (e.g. only one chair) and parking was rather difficult.

Love love love this place so much!! Location fantastic!!

The only thing that was abit iratatting was how loud the doors slam, especially the front but besides that it was lovely stay!

Great location, lovely rooms at a decent price

Our room could have done with having curtains as well as blinds. It was quite bright in the early morning

Great position, making the walled, centre of Chester very accessible. A good sized room and huge bed, made for a very comfortable stay. It was very quiet. Good to have a fridge for fresh milk, chilled food if you fancy making your own breakfast and cleaning/ washing up equipment was provided.

We had one or two minor niggles, which I detailed with the agency contact, who assured me that they would be dealt with straight away. I am a light sleeper and the blinds don’t block out all the light at night from the street lights outside, but I always travel with an eye mask, so it wasn’t an issue. The tap and door handle to the wash basin unit could do with updating, but that is an aesthetic issue because they are functional but need replacing.

Nothing all good

Really great area. Close to town and right on the city wall. Really handy city parking. Flat was beautiful. Access to beautiful walks.

Great location and value for money, and good to have parking in central Chester. Very comfortable room. It was quiet considering it was in the middle of Chester

No working extractor fan in the bathroom or for the kitchenette. Also couldn’t manage to keep the window open which was a little annoying
