Very clear and detailed instructions that arrived well ahead of our arrival and that the owners were easy to contact and got back to me really quickly, they were great. Also onsite parking via reservation is a real boon ,so don't hesitate as places are restricted.

A little small. Only one chair. Took a while to warm up.

Excellent quiet location by the river. Not far from Chester city centre

Heating centrally controlled and unable to heat apartment in colder months

Location was perfect near River and easy walk to the centre was good to have parking but it did cost ten pound per day

Full rubbish bag left by previous occupants heating was poor noe heat in bathroom and radiator in bathroom was rusty kitchen set up poor only sink to wash up in no drainer or anywhere to put dishes when washed cooker was complicated nowhere to sit and eat meals only one chair so had to sit on bed this really is just a room not a self catering apartment was disappointed in the whole set up expected more for the price
