The accommodation has a nice look and view. The room is spacious and modern. The terrace is very nice to relax on. Especially in the late afternoon, early evening.

We indicated to arrive between 20.00 – 21.00 hours. We arrived at 20.05 hours, but nobody was present. So, we phoned the number stated in the Booking.com app. This was not the correct number. The accommodation forgot to update the telephone number. Luckily a very nice old lady helped us to get in touch with the accommodation. The cleaning of the glass for the shower was not done very thoroughly and the shower should so now and then be cleaned with an antifungal agent. At the opposite of the accommodation is a very noise bar, playing very loud music. This will continue until late in the evening/night. Maybe very nice when you are young, but when you are a bit older it is annoying.

• This accommodation is a sort of a blend between an Airbnb and a hotel. While daily cleaning service is provided, there is no reception or breakfast. However, the staff are very helpful and easily reachable via WhatsApp or the booking.com website. • Located in Rhodes Old Town, this accommodation offers an authentic experience with all major sights nearby. Despite being close to the attractions, it’s situated in a quiet area away from the main streets. While there was some noise from nearby bars, we had no trouble sleeping with the windows closed. Transfers by golf cart to and from the Old Town gates can be arranged upon arrival and departure. • The Deluxe room on the first floor features a cozy interior and access to an indoor garden with a sitting area. • Good air conditioning.

• While the accommodation eventually grew on us, it would have been helpful to know upfront that this is not a traditional hotel — it’s essentially an old two-story refurbished building with one room per floor. • Since the windows in our room faced the indoor garden on the first floor, which is accessible to other residents, we had to keep the curtains closed at all times for privacy. • It would be great if more hangers were available in the bathroom area.

Fantastic location with everything in the old town within walking distance. The team colllected and dropped us off with our luggage from the gate which was fantastic as we saw many tourists trying to carry their luggage over the cobble streets. Room was clean and well presented, very friendly team working there.

Cute courtyard, lovely room which was a good size and amazing communication with the property beforehand with a golf buggy collection from the nearest old town gate - we felt very VIP. Also, a really lovely touch of a bottle of wine in our room.

There was no where to hang your towel when showering and not an awful lot of space for organising your clothes.

Great location in the old town. Very close to lots of good restaurants and a short walk to the beach and marina.

Room is better suited to 2 persons instead of 3.

Great location close to all attractions/ restaurants/ bars . Historic property with a modern interior. Lovely large balcony for quiet sit out. Stefano arranged for our luggage to be stored after our check out time which was really helpful.

Accommodation was excellent, location also, walking to the sights, great restaurants nearby. Loved staying there.

Accommodation is in the old art of the city, where transport from airport cannot access, it would be great if when booking you are advised and can request pickup by the golf buggy they have.

Very noisy bars nearby - every night

Firstly, this hotel is in such a great location. It situated directly in the old town of Rhodes and is truly breathtaking. The accommodation has its own locked gate, and we stayed with the terraced upstairs, which is great to relax on and enjoy some drinks and bathe in the atmosphere. Don't worry about the noise, you can't really hear it that much when in the room. When you call the number they pick you up in an electric golf cart and take you directly to the accommodation which is nice. We hired a scooter and parked it directly outside the accommodation. Just be careful driving around the old town on a scooter after 10am, you get loads of looks of discustment. Because they are trying to keep scooters out of the old town at certain times, you can also get fined by the police if you get caught, so just be wary. We was fine the whole time and pushed the scooter through the main areas, and then used it to get up the big hilly bits.

The facilities definitely need looking at. We was staying here during the heatwave and the temperature was around 36 degrees. The air conditioning unit is near enough useless, we found that it didn't really blow much air out at all. The temperature on the module got, to its coldest, at around 25/26 degrees. This might sound good, but when it is 36 degrees outside and the room is luke warm it can be a little bit too hot. Also, if you are planning on using the fridge make sure that you put it in there for at least 2 days to get cold. It didn't work very well if I am honest. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, in a perfect location and very very clean.
