The location was perfect. It was immaculately clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed . Car free zone

Lack of privacy. The room on the top floor would have to be your pick with a great terrace, ours had a small courtyard. Room was very small - probably ok for 1-2 nights. It’s a car free zone so no taxis, but hotel will pick you up and drop you off in a buggy. I didn’t know about the buggy service so really struggled to get there - had a lucky break and some stranger saw us and helped. No privacy for bathroom facilities as room so small . It’s not a hotel, you have to WhatsApp any queries but these were initially answered helpfully and promptly

A pleasant and quiet location in the centre of Old Rhodes Town.

We booked the accommodation as Chateau Ana BOUTIQUE HOTEL. This is being mis-sold. This accommodation is NOT a hotel, boutique or otherwise. It is one room with a terrace. An old (very sweet non English speaking Greek)lady is the concierge. There is no reception, no facilities of any kind - bar, lounge, no facility at all for breakfast, drinks service - indeed any of the things you might expect from a 'boutique hotel'. It's not even a BnB or studio - as you can't make breakfast in the room, there is no kitchen area or plates/cutlery. The shower and toilet are separated from the bedroom only by a glass screen - which is transparent. So if you want any personal privacy, you won't get any at all. All of this was reported at the time to Booking.com who, I will say, were extremely helpful in handling our complaint. It's a pleasant ROOM. This property was excellent, had a great outdoor space, provided additional amenities, and had friendly staff!

The rooms are extremly modern facilities were very good and the location perfect. The family that run the accommodation are absolutely lovely.

The main downside was the shower cubical was transparent so there is t much privacy just required frosted glass like the bathroom.

Beautiful property, spotlessly clean with good facilities. The people in Rhodes Old Town have to be the friendliest I’ve ever met! Only issue to be aware of is transport/taxi from airport will drop you at the main gates. We didn’t have a contact number for property so had to find our own way there and got lost! When we eventually found it, there was no one to let us in and couldn’t make contact. We went to nearby restaurant to frantically make phone call to Expedia at 10pm after travelling all day who also was unable to make contact. After spending over an hour on phone, the restaurant owner stepped in and sorted it all out for us - amazingly helpful and was so grateful. Absolutely fantastic stay after the initial hiccup.

A great place in the old town. The place is like a petit chateau and the room was cosy with a modern touch.We had great time there! Furthermore there was always someone to help us for everything!

Absolutely nothing

The room was beautiful and kept clean with fresh towels each day. The staff are lovely, kind and helpful. Peaceful location just a short walk from the main street, with shops and restaurants very close by.

I would have liked a hook nearer to the shower area for towels. Also a set of drawers under the clothes rail for extra storage would be useful.

Room size and decoration were great. Locations and folks we met.

More towel hanging/drying stands/hooks could help with hanging towels after use
