Alloggio Turistico Port Inn

It was a two night stay before a 10 day cruise, it enabled us to relax and get ready for the cruise! The room was immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated. It was close to the waterfront and lots of restaurants! The management were incredibly receptive.

You must text them to let them know you are near. Great location to catch a cruise. They schedule a ride, but require cash. The town was fun and they gave us drink chips for a local restaurant. The food and atmosphere was great. The room is small, but has all that is needed including a small fridge with water, cheese, snacks and salami. There is an elevator. I would stay here again.

Room was well equipped. It had everything. An Espresso machine, tea kettle, snacks, fresh fruit, fridge, espresso pods, tea bags, creamers, sugar. Immaculate, quiet and within walking distance of the train station. The owner even had a package of salami and cheese in the fridge to make a sandwich. Lots of breads, pastries and crackers in the room. The owner even drove her guests to the cruise ship terminal. Very thoughtful amenities. Huge supermarket with low prices and lots of dining choices within a block or two. I loved it. 😍

B&B is in a huge building that it shares with other businesses. You cannot get into the building without keys. You have to coordinate your arrival time with the owner or their representative to let you in. I did not have to wait long. It was worth the wait.

Was close to port but NOT really close to port if you know what i mean. Its NOT walking distance. You can see the ship from the area, but the drive in is long. Good distance from restaurant and to just walk around. Very cozy place for 2 people.

The property was located in a very central area of Civitavecchia. The owner of the B & B arranged our shuttle to the inn. The service was spot on. The person who met us at the B&B was very knowable of the area as well as the property. She provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner which was very welcomed. Owner provided us with a shuttle to our ship which removed the stress of us arranging transportation by ourself. I highly recommend this establishment.

The place was not at all as it was advertise in booking .co..it was next to railway track and not a see view.3 nights we could not sleep.when we reached there I complained to owner but she said we can not do anything for us just contact booking.com .in fact it was noway a bed and breakfast .it was an appartement which was rented on room based and without any services. Owner was not living there. When we asked for breakfast which was included in price they gave us some crackers and bread slices with coffee packes .and said this is your breakfast..we asked for accessible room but it was not specially bathroom. We have to text them every time we need something.no telephone.. any way it was noway a bed and breakfast facilty.it was an horrible experience for us to stay 3 days.i tried to contact booking.com next day by text but no reply till today. Very much disopointed by booking.com also and from bed and breakfast port Inn.we should refunded our hard earned money for this reservation. If not we will never book any further stay with booking.com as we travell often and need to stay in hotels. Please let us know how can we claim a refund for our last reservation with you? Thanks

It was a clean and a nice sized room. However, the breakfast is just packages of sweets, some apples, bread, cheese and yogurt. A working toaster would have been great. Perhaps, access to their other bed and breakfast, where a more substantial meal is provided, would have been better.

Port Inn is convenient to the port. The breakfast is already provided so you eat on your own schedule. Their are many restaurants close by for dining. The room is clean and spacious. There are no common areas; which suited us just fine. This B&B is perfect if your staying overnight to board a cruise ship.

Hard to find need better directions there was a little bitty sign on the side of the building. You can’t see from the road it’s on a back road off the main drag. it was to be a bed and breakfast you think you get a hot breakfast, breakfast consist of muffins croissants, and junk food for breakfast. Not everyone enjoys junk food. Husband was hungry so he ate it.
