The location is amazing, breakfast is excellent, very comfortable bed, the staff is exceptional, very helpful, the Concierge specially All the landmarks within the walking distance, great restaurants nearby Would love to stay at this hotel again

Every single thing here is incredible!!!! It feels like a small boutique hotel but also feels so luxurious. We arrived early and exhausted- they moved things around to get us early check in. The room was impeccable, clean, updated. Bed was so comfortable. Room was so quiet !!! I couldn’t hear anyone. Floor to ceiling windows that crack for a breeze. STOCKED mini bar!! Smeg fridge!! And the location! I had no idea it was right on princes street. Two entrances and still easily accessible by taxis. Free umbrellas, coffee, water, and beautiful castle view. I would not stay anywhere else in Edinburgh.

I have nothing I didnt enjoy!

Great location, comfy bed, good restaurant for dinner and overall a buzzy, pleasant vibe.

The coffee/lattes/cappuchinos in the breakfast room are awful. Major minus for me as I like a good morning latte. The rooms could do with abit more warmth, slightly clinical.
