Staff we're great rooms very clean great location

My room 149 was right next too a church own by hotel for wedding partys had no sleep due to loud music and screaming and shouting all night by guests attending the wedding partys .not once did it mention this when the hotel was booked at a high price of 1150 for 3 nights i would never have payed that much if i knew i wouldnt be getting any sleep and i wouldnt recommed it to anybody for that reason

Fantastic location right on Victoria Street. Super convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. And we loved the rooftop terrace.

Our room smelled musty and like sewage at times. The staff attended to it once (which helped a little) but then the smell came back. We waited 40 minutes for service for them to try and fix it again in the evening but when no one showed, we just called it quits and simply went to bed. We unfortunately were not (or have not yet been) given any discount on our room despite the smell issue. The other cons were the shower pressure was not great and, given the location of the hotel, the rooms are quite noisy (more noise resistant windows could have been used).

Super location, very nicely done - chic, stylish, nice and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and beds. Restaurants at hotel.

Nothing, great stay.

Perfectly located in the Center of Edinburgh. Outside facade was historic architecture, but the inside was beautiful and modern. The staff was welcoming and hospitable. Bonus for travelers - there is a LIFT/ Elevator which is rare in most cases here AND wonderful AC.
