He was quick, but never rushed, and made sure everything was exactly as we needed. When it was time to retrieve the car, it was waiting for us in perfect condition, and Alex even remembered a small detail we’d mentioned earlier, which made the whole experience feel personalized and thoughtful. I had a great weekend stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. My room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice extras like free water and quality toiletries. The gym and pool were well-maintained, and the on-site restaurant served a tasty breakfast. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Housekeeping kept everything tidy throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable experience. I’d gladly stay here again! During my stay at the hotel, I was genuinely impressed with the valet service—especially Jacob Hogan. From the moment I arrived, Jacob was professional, friendly, and efficient. He greeted me with a warm smile, handled my car with care, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. Every time I needed my vehicle, Jacob had it ready promptly and even remembered my name. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. My office sent me to this hotel for paid stay. While i was here, the nicest kid was always there to park my car. His name was Alex N. He was adorable and always willing to go the extra mile for me. He knows the city very well and was constantly giving me great recommendations for certain spots. I didn’t get to see him as i left around 8 in the morning so i didn’t get to say bye. but if i get sent back here i’ll be requesting Alex to park my car

A fire alarm went off every 2.5 minutes for the entirety of the night. Otherwise, it is a great property.
