"Best hotel ever"

Amazing hotel, had a great stay and the valet team helped suggest things to do, especially Ariel, Mason, Joel and Braiden. Suggested bars / restaurants and places to go see. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family for whenever they are in okc

The service was amazing. It tops any place I have stayed at, especially the service from Alex N! The place was very nice and everything I would want from a place to stay, I definitely will be back after the experience I had. The whole time was great and couldn’t complain about anything!

"Valet pro"

I had a great experience overall. Especially the valet everyday, I had a very good experience with them. Specifically Alex Newell. Got my car very quickly and kept it clean. He was very respectful and kind to my family too. You need to keep him around.

"Awesome stay/valet!"

I absolutely loved my stay at the Renaissance Hotel this past weekend! The rooms were very clean and I loved being able to see the city from my window. Also, the valet service was great. Alex N was my valet man and he was very polite and my car somehow seemed like it came back better than I found it. The staff is ran very smoothly and I really appreciate how Alex helped me this past weekend .I would highly recommend to my friends and family to stay at the Renaissance Hotel! 5 stars from me!

"Great Hotel, Great Valet"

The hotel was beautiful, and I had a great experience. Alex N helped us out with Valet, which was quick and on time. He was a pleasant young man, and a joy to talk too. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful hotel some time in the future!

"Amazing Location and Great Staff!"

I stayed at the Renaissance Oklahoma City Downtown Bricktown Hotel during a trip to catch a Thunder game, and the experience was excellent. The hotel is in a perfect location, right in Bricktown and within walking distance of the arena, restaurants, and nightlife. All of the staff were friendly and professional, but the valet team stood out the most — they were especially polite, quick, and welcoming. Alex N. from valet in particular made a great impression and was helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything about the stay went smoothly. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in OKC!

I stay there everytime i go to OKC, never fails to disappoint. Their restaurant the Culprits has amazing lamb and goat cheese, with exotic drinks with natural ingredients. 10/10 highly recommend.

"Good hotel"

Hotel staff was nice and my room was always clean. Valet boys were very nice and professional. Alex N. pulled my car up for me and I could tell he was naturally considerate of other peoples things. I’ll be returning for sure. I felt safe leaving my car in the garage. At some hotels I’ve been to I didn’t feel so safe.
