We've had an amazing time at Chateau Pritchard. Lovely setting, gorgeous rooms and most of all amazing hosts. We loved the food, comfortable beds and dip in the hot tub as much as Barbara's and Neville's kindness and attentiveness. It's been an absolute pleasure, Thank you.

Barbara was a wonderful host and made us feel relaxed and like members of the family. The room was beautifully decorated and had every amenity. Breakfast was lovely This would rate as the best accommodation that we stayed in during our holiday on the West Coast, Central Otago and Canterbury.

There was nothing about this stay that we did not like.

"The best place ever!"

This is definitely one of the best place I have ever stayed at! Spacious, clean and with unique furniture! Lamas and the dog are great! Barbara is the best host and breakfast was really delicious. We enjoyed every single minute of our stay! We wish we could stay longer! We definitely want to come back.

"Luxurious and comfortable except the fact that Barbara need to choose her words carefully and the tone needs to be warme"

1. Elegant Crockery and breakfast options 2. Beautiful house and room 3. Luxury

1. Constant nagging behaviour by the host 2. She tried to make some money from us in the end for extra bedding for the child which was agreed upon as free in the beginning in written on emails. 3. No personal space being offered while having breakfast. 4. Entering the rented room while we were having breakfast and had not completely checked out. We felt it as the breach of privacy and intrusion. Had she required to check the room, it should have been after we were free from the breakfast and ready to move out. 5. Choice of words, time and language by the host every now and then was belittling.

"Perfect"

The service was so beautiful, the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was beautifully decorated, the towels were plush. We had access to 24/7 spa, the breakfast was perfect and overall we loved our stay there. I will definitely book again, this time for longer! Catch a sunrise from your room, you won't be disappointed!!!
