Swissôtel Clark Philippines

My family went to Clark for the holiday break, spending Christmas and an upcoming New Year in the hotel. The area in the lobby with the stores selling drinks and pastries was a nice welcome. OMA sold wonderful tasting chocolates, waffles, and macaroons--the pistachio macaroons my personal favorite. Some time through our stay, we noticed our room's air conditioning unit let out a clinking sound (like two glasses bumping against each other), so it was a bit grating. Fortunately, with the TV on, it was a little more bearable. The highlight of the stay was when we were all present but still wanted to clean up the room and refresh the amenities. My father inquired with the staff along the hall, namely Raymund and Joan. They offered their help and maintained a balanced air of professionalism and friendliness. In record time, the bathroom floor was cleaned, new glasses and coffee were provided, and both made an impression on my conversational father. They made sure to ask if we needed anything, proactive about any possible request we may have. Thank you to them!

Mico did a great job today with the restoring my room back to a clean and tidy order! Thank you Mico! Service was quick and precise and much appreciated.

Fantastic family staycation to celebrate my birthday. The Club lounge staff Joshua, Jen, Jae and Kei took care of our needs and provided excellent customer service, always with a friendly smile and can do attitude. We will definitely come back again! Thank you Swissotel Clark team!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Soft fluffy pillows and spacious rooms. The staff are very kind and helpful. We especially had a good experience with Harold from the executive lounge and Ian from the markt breakfast buffet. Both were very kind and helpful. Only negative was the check in time which was extremely slow, with one person checking in a line of people and each party of people took a good 10 minutes each, so we were waiting about 45 minutes in the line, so I don’t recommend checking in if you have somewhere to be soon after. We later realized we could have check in at the executive lounge as we had a suite. That is much faster. So check if you have that option. Once checked in, the rooms are great, pool is nice, gym is small but functional and still nice. Restaurants are great and staff is friendly. One last thing is I got a massage which was very nice but at the end I wanted a shower and the shower was cold with no hot water, then the door to the bathroom which I hadn’t locked somehow locked itself and I got stuck in the bathroom for a good few minutes. Wasn’t nice! But those aside everything else was good.

We’re currently in the hotel, and everything is doing superb, rooms are always made. 5 STAR! Thank you Ms. Zara Mae for keeping our room very cozy.

We've stayed here multiple times, always a good stay. Everything is clean, staff are attentive, food is good. Ristorante di Virona is a must try, and Harold and the the rest of the staff in the executive lounge make the stay all the more a restful experience.
