Le minibarr est vide, il n'y a pas de choix de Chaine à la télévision. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il n'y a pas de choix de pain, et pas de choix, non plus. Pour des jus frais, on aimerait avoir beaucoup plus de sortes de fruits. Et on aimerait que vous améliorez la lessive. Car on aimerait que nos habits soient bien lavés et repassés. We had a lovely overnight stay with our family, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The staff surprised us with welcome goodies and a sweet anniversary greeting—such a small gesture, yet it genuinely touched our hearts. The place is very well maintained, always clean, and the attention to detail is outstanding. We especially appreciated their strong support for sustainability, from thoughtful reminders to eco-friendly consumables throughout the property. The pool was a highlight for us (even my husband loved it!), and it added so much to our stay. Most of all, the staff were exceptional—from check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely love to come back.

The Markt restaurant was amazing. The food variety was amazing there was a lot to choose from. Jim, Ian , Gab and Sarah the manager were fabulous, they had excellent customer service and were very friendly. Hotel is connected to a few shops and rooms are clean and spacious.

Kuya John Paul David the lifeguard is so kind, he always assure that we're comfortable and warm as possible. The pool is neat and warm. Kid and Adult Friendly

The Lifeguard Kuya John Paul David is very very kind, he let us borrow his own paddle board and the goggles, and also he always gives us a towel to keep us warm, he's very very very kind, i love him 😁😁

The lifeguard John Paul David was really accommodating and helpful. Super friendly and super makuwento hehehe. Malinis yung water sa pool area and mababait lahat ng staff ! I also love the ice cream so much, more than I could put into words 😏

Stephanie, provided great cleaning service! She also let me keep working in my room while she cleaned. She made great conversation. Overall great quality service!

I dont have to say a lot but to thanks Paulo Tuazon for making my stay smooth and a no hassle staycation. really stress free
