"Spacious Room & Friendly, Attentive Staff"

Spacious room with a bathroom equipped with a bidet. Housekeeping, especially Stephanie and her manager Meller, was very friendly and made our stay comfortable. The night-shift room dining staff was also kind and helpful.

"Exceptional Service and a Memorable Stay!"

😍🫶🏻The staff were truly accommodating, especially John Paul, Christina, and Carmelita. They were always smiling and incredibly friendly 😍😍 great job! 👍👌🏻The food was delicious, and even my very picky child enjoyed it. The pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a solid 5-star experience. We’ll definitely be coming back.

"Amazing breakfast and unreal customer service"

The breakfast in the hotel in a 1000/10. The food selection is unreal, and the pastries are bakery level. But what stood up the most to me was the staff. The attention to detail and level of care… i have never seen such a thing. Shoutout to Patrick and Ian for taking such good care of me. Especially to Ian, he came to check on me, thinking I was in a bad mental state and was trying to cheer me up. I deeply appreciate the gesture. Patrick keep replenishing my drinks and being super attentive with every guest. Overall the staff were so friendly.
