Amazing staff The housekeepernincharhed at theb10th floor is very helpful and ensure to provide what we needed. Thanks to Paul Dexter for being amazing and very polite.

The overall experience was phenomenal. Super clean, very welcoming atmosphere and professional and friendly staff. One thing that stood out for me, was the heartist named Jilmer. He was very friendly, welcoming, professional, always had a smile on his face and truly made my stay here special. He stood out amongst everything always helped when asked, always very accommodating and just overall 5 stars.

Had an extra fun and memorable vacation at swissotel because of their staff’s excellent and consistent service! Special mention to Rhon who took good care of all our needs during our stay. He was so kind, respectful and responded to our requests very well. We will definitely go back!🤗

Wanted to write a review to recognize great staff members that made this stay a great one. First of Jilmer has been a good room host always on top of cleaning and attention to detail. Never misses anything and replenishing water and towels every time. Then the ladies at the coffee breakfast station . Always sparking a conversation no matter what day I come in and always having delicious pancakes or French toast ready to go. The staff at the restaurant overall have been great. Always looking forward to to the food and service. Great place to stay if you’re in the area .
