The rooms are nice and very spacious. My room attendant Regine was very thorough with resetting my room each day and attentive to making sure that I didn’t have any issue and that my stay was as comfortable as possible.

Awesome experienced in the infinity pool especially the staff Mr. John Paul David ,Aser, Ivan , Mike and Ms. Rea of the Spa. They ate approachable and friendly staff.

My family and I checked in at Swissôtel Clarkp (Philippines) 26-27 November 2025. We took our daughter and her friends to swim at the pool and Mr. John Paul the lifeguard has been so accommodating and friendly to the kids and other guests. He even gave some swimming tips to the kids. We’ve been seeing Mr. John Paul at the pool here at Swiss for the last 3 years and he has always been so friendly and helpful to the kids especially. He is doing an excellent job and always gives us a peace of mind every time we take the kids to the pool, Knowing he’s the lifeguard on duty. My experience here at thr Swissotel in Clark has be excellent as always! The staff is professional, courteous, and top-tier. I can't express how much I've enjoyed my stay here and the level of care that everyone puts into making my experience here wonderful, especially from my heartist Ms. Cecil. Shes been exceptional at taking care of my needs as they arise and I can't sing her praises enough!

Everything was 10/10 from the rooms cleanliness to the relaxing poolside and I must mention the overall service was top tier the respect and manners the workers had was beautiful, now let me kick back and enjoy the rest of time I have left here 🤣 thank you swisshotel💕

We love the the room, the amenities, the buffet breakfast and most of all the service and special 5 stars to Norbie Reyes head of Conceirge making all our request happen and I dont have to worry about anything at all
