The location, the friendly and helpful staff, the roof top bar/terrace, the size of the room

The pillows are hard and barrel shaped. This appears to be quite normal in Spain but we find them uncomfortable.

Tuvimos que llamar a recepción 2 veces para que nos pusieran el aire acondicionado porque no podíamos encenderlo desde la habitación,lo tienen capado para poder controlarlo ellos y pasamos muchísimo calor hasta que lo encendieron , si quitabas la tarjeta se apagaba el aire y tenías que volver a llamar a recepción para que lo volvieran a encender. Eso no me gustó nada en un hotel de 5 estrellas .

Uitstekend comfortabele, nette en stille kamer. Badkamer heel netjes. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel bij de incheckbalie, bij het ontbijt en in de rooftopbar! Heel geschikte ligging, dicht bij de bushalte voor de luchthaven, bij het strand en het oude centrum van Alicante.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! Everything exceeded our expectations and left us with only positive emotions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Malika from the reception team. She truly made our vacation unforgettable! Before our trip, I contacted her through Booking and asked if the hotel could help prepare a small birthday surprise for my husband. Malika organized everything perfectly - balloons and a lovely surprise were waiting for him, and it created such a special and memorable moment for us.
