The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its excellent location, making it easy to explore Alicante on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options.

The main downside was the very uncomfortable mattress and pillows, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. In addition, the Smart TV function did not work, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
