Beach access

Couldn’t sleep all night due to winds hitting the door and sounded like loud noise

I love the Ocean view

Shower did not have any pressure.

Every thing was good. The outdoor pool was big and good and kids pool too.

Marijuana smoke was noticeable throughout the property. We reported it, and while management asked the smokers to leave, the smell persisted and even came through the A/C while we were sleeping. Unfortunately, this ruined our vacation, and I was disappointed that no effective solution or compensation was provided

Clean rooms

It was clean and close to everything staff was very helpful and pleasant

My room was clean and comfortable.

When I checked out, I just wanted to ask about my $250 security deposit. I knew it would be refunded — I only wanted to ask “when”. However, the lady at the reception desk didn’t seem willing to respond to me. I had to repeat three times that it was $250, while she kept saying that the $50 or something else would not be refunded. She seemed unwilling to help and just wanted me to leave her desk as quickly as possible. Finally, I had to show her my reservation confirmation. After that, she told me the deposit would be refunded within the next few days. It was my short little escape from the rainy days in Georgia, and I really enjoyed the sunshine — except for my experience with the front desk lady. Moreover, they said breakfast was included in the price, but when I asked about it, they simply answered, “Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed today” without any apologies.
