This place is great! Staff were SOOO nice and I love how they text you to see what you need. Full recommend!

Rooms warns ready upon arrival. One slow elevator. Once up to room we scanned the key and open door and someone was already staying in the room. So back down tell them and wait longer for another room. Once to room someone from house keeping uses their key and comes into our room. They said sorry I to this room needed pillowcases. I said no it’s occupied. Later on that evening once returning from dinner our digital lock and key did not work. Maintenance had to come fix it. Tv was not connected to remote. Maintenance had to come and connect remote to tv & apps. They compensated breakfast the next day due to all of the issues. Otherwise the room was very nice and quiet. Too many issues at one place. Prob won’t be back

I enjoyed the decor and the aroma therapy. The fake plants must be removed from a holistic, health focused hotel, especially when they are not dusted. The water should not be locked within the rooms or you should notify guests at check in. Great opportunity for this hotel. Location is fantastic. Just a bit of tweaking.

This place was great, clean and comfortable. Loved the rosemary mint soaps and lotions. Staff was friendly and welcoming

The scent in the room was unbearable and unhealthy. We let the front desk know but they did not rectify this problem. We tried to clean the floors with water but to no avail. The room freaked of the strongest chemicals/cleaning advents. It smelled of menthol and other chemicals. The front desk just said to run the AC on high which made the room loud and freezing. I recommend this hotel switch cleaning materials ASAP. This could make someone very sick and hen engulfing the chemical scents.

This hotel is beautiful and everobe was very nice. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

I loved the hammock in the room

Everything! The restaurant on the roof was amazing, the pool was great, the pool bar was amazing, and the room was immaculate! Our kids loved the bunk beds with their own tv! That was the highlight for them. Also, the bedding was so soft. 10/10 If you like pina coladas, you have to try the pina colada drink by the pool, it was DELICIOUS!
