Clean, aesthetically pleasing/calming, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. Would stay again!

Did not like concrete floors in our suite. Not enough rugs

On the edge of a good neighborhood. The property was modern cool but was an older remodeled property. Elevators and hallway carpet were old/dirty looking. Cool rooftop bar/restaurant. Would stay again but would not be my first choice.

Everything was great about our stay. The room, staff, and pool all exceeded our expectations. You get a number you can call or text at check in for any needs you have and the staff was very communicative and kind.

Hallway carpet is kind of gross, elevator is slow

Our family of 4 was on a cross country road trip and only had to be there one night, and we checked out to find a new hotel 2 hours later due to the extremely poor air quality throughout the hotel, especially in the rooms. It smelled like an entire bottle of toxic cleaner had been spilled. My 3yo’s otherwise latent allergy cough began to act up, and my husband’s asthma flared. Beyond this, the entire building is scented and smells like being stuck with someone’s bad cologne in an elevator. It reeked so bad that everything we brought in the hotel smells like the cleaning product after just a couple hours of exposure. I went downstairs and asked if an air purifier was available and they did not have one. I hope management takes this issue seriously and opts for unscented cleaning products in the future. Low rating for being so out of touch and how harmful the artificial fragrances are for people and the environment.

The food from the restaurant was amazing, they delivered our food quickly and courteously. I wanted to check the restaurant out, because they said it was on the rooftop, it was amazingly beautiful, I stopped and ordered desserts for our room that was also amazing, due to having a pet with us, we would of most definitely dined in the restaurant. Hotel room was very comfy and clean, though it did smell like air fresheners.

The AC is very loud and inefficient. Had a poor night’s sleep because of it.

Great spot. Spa was wonderful.
