La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décoré, bien équipée et la dame à l'accueil était très sympathique

Malheureusement nous avons déposé nos bagages dans la matinée, lorsque nous les avons récupéré le soir, tous nos vêtements empestaient la cigarette, ce qui est très désagréable lorsqu'on est non-fumeur. Nous avons du tous les relaver.

The staff are engaging and very helpful— thank you Elena and Sophia for making us feel so at home! This hotel is located in a place with easy access to the subway. While there is no on-site parking, it was wonderful to have a safe place to park the car right nearby, and for an amazing rate! Our room was clean and had everything we needed — and more. It was great to have dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. so that we could easily eat food we brought in. (It might be nice to have dish soap in the kitchen area, though.) The robes and slippers were an added bonus! We had a wonderful visit in NYC and when we return we will definitely book at this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay in Long Island City. It was a 15-30 minute drive from Citi Field, depending on the time of day. There was parking about 2 blocks away that was convenient. The area feels comfortable. We were up early and took a walk to find a breakfast place. Most things in the area do not open till about 8am. That being said, if you needed a bite to eat, they had some muffins and cookies at the check-in area that looked very good. The staff was personal and responsive. Everything was great and the place was very cute!

The staff was super friendly, the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I My 90 year old mom and 2 sisters stayed in the penthouse. The beds where comfy and cozy and warm enough for my 90 year old mom. It was suprisingly cold and rainy for june so the spaces ability to warm up the loft space was a great accomadation.
