Quality of accommodation. room size. Facilities. Pub only a few hundred yards away. Serving great food.

All perfect. A little worried about parking in the lay-bye opposite, as we had only picked up our new car a few days before hand. All was well in the morning though.

It was convenient for our trip,near Woodhouse Eaves and Stoneywell, Ulverscroft for visiting.Near the Griffin Inn which has an excellent menu.

Our second stay at this gorgeous property. Spotlessly clean, furnished to an exceptionally high standard with a warm and friendly welcome by the Hosts. We stayed in a lovely room. Breakfast was perfect, an amazing local pub a short walk away and the location is beautiful. We will be back! .

beautiful location with a really big cosy bed!! The breakfast was super yummy and such a friendly welcoming couple! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely accommodation in a beautiful house. Claudio was a kind, friendly host who also cooked us a very enjoyable breakfast on both mornings. The village of Swithland is very picturesque, and we found great walks to Bradgate Park via Swithland Woods then the following day to Quorn and the Grand Central Railway. The Griffin Hotel in the village was ideal for evening dining.
