Lovely accommodation in a beautiful house. Claudio was a kind, friendly host who also cooked us a very enjoyable breakfast on both mornings. The village of Swithland is very picturesque, and we found great walks to Bradgate Park via Swithland Woods then the following day to Quorn and the Grand Central Railway. The Griffin Hotel in the village was ideal for evening dining.

Very quiet, bed very comfortable, very clean, house was immaculate throughout and the breakfast was great. Also very scenic being on the edge of Swithland.

Tastfully decorated, comfortable, quiet, clean, and friendly host. Exactly what I was looking for. The breakfast was top!

The car parking was not on the property, but across the road. Not a big issue though.

Lovely breakfast and such hospitable warm hosts. We were given a comfortable warm room with a suite as we stayed there 3 nights. Everything was of such a high standard, with little touches like room service everyday. Steve and Claudio could not do enough for us and were so helpful with solid advice about the area and where to visit. Despite being in their home we were able to have a peaceful and private hotel style break. Well worth every penny!
