Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und schön warm

sehr ungemütlich und spartanisch eingerichtet. Der Boden war sandig als wir ankamen. Auf den Tischen waren Flecken und der Boden hat geklebt im Bad vor dem Waschbecken. Es war leider nur ein Staubsauger in der Wohnung vorhanden so konnten wir wenigstens den Boden saugen

Spülmittel, Küchentücher, Teekanne - wäre hilfreich. Hilfe bei der Backofenbedienung war erforderlich - wurde erledigt, aber extrem unfreundliche Ansprechpartner.

Feel very lucky to have found this apartment. 2 adults and a child slept comfortably in a very large double bed and on a sofa bed (that could have slept 2). All bedding, towels were provided along with complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine and dishwasher tablets. WiFi was excellent throughout our stay too. The apartment is absolutely stunning! You access the block via codes sent to you via email at 3pm on the day of your stay. Spotlessly clean lifts and stairwell throughout the complex. The accommodation was brand new, modern, well resourced and exceptionally clean throughout. Huge windows allow a fresh breeze and the balcony and views are just perfect! As you sit and enjoy your morning coffee a kingfisher darts back and forth across the water, heron fish for breakfast and Cormorant sit drying their wings. Of an afternoon and evening boats and paddle boarders travel up and down the water waving to you as they pass. Wild swimming is very popular and the apartment has access to piers and ladders to access the water for residents to swim too. A supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. 10 minutes walk to the town centre, train station and buses. We used the train from Berlin airport to travel to Brandenburg easily and used public transport to access Berlin Zoo during our stay. The A&E at the University Hospital was also incredibly efficient and effective too, should you end up with an emergency like we did. Definitely recommend this apartment, we had an amazing stay!

One of the evenings local people came down to the riverside and played incredibly loud music until very late into the evening. Due to the heatwave we couldn't close all the windows in the apartment, so it was loud. However I think it was the start of the summer holidays and so local people celebrating. Other evenings were very quiet and peaceful.

Es fehlten ein paar Sitzauflagen und eventuell Decken damit man auch abends noch etwas länger die Terrasse nutzen kann.

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft war ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war sehr schön und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder👍🏻

Der Weg zur Unterkunft war schwer zu finden. Eine Ausschilderung hätte hier mehr geholfen. Das Navi kennt die Adresse zwar, wollte uns aber zu Fuß dorthin weiter schicken.
