Sehr lange Türcodes. Man muss aus dem Auto aussteigen, auch bei der Ausfahrt. Wenn man schnell in eine Tür hinein möchte, ist es nicht möglich. Für ältere Gäste sehr schwierig.

Die Sauberkeit war schlecht. Es wurde gemalert und eine Grundreinigung gab es nur ungenügend. Die Terrasse war auch eher verwildert. Schade, es wäre nur etwas mehr persönliches Interesse des Managrmentes nötig, um die Wohnungen etwas gemütlich zu machen. Der Duschvorhang z.B. ( sehr unangenehm) Der Fernseher war sehr klein und die Senderauswahl ist sehr gering.

Top sauber. Warme Fußbodenheizung (Dezember!), viel Platz und sehr modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Alles fußläufig erreichbar in der Innenstadt.
