"Perfect location and great team"

Perfect location, comfortable with a child. The team is very responsive and supportive, I would definitely stay there again. We were family of 3, had enough space to put a little bad for our kid.

Very small detail but the shower is super slippery, definitely needs a slip mat for kids

Great place, great staff! My only gripe was there being no facial tissue in the room. Also, one weird thing. There was a little sign on a table saying to enjoy something compliments of the iris, but there was nothing around the sign. Thank you for the great stay!

"not worth the price."

Unfortunately, the place is not as comfortable as it appears in the photos. Although we are three people, the bed is quite uncomfortable. We also found hairs on the bed, which was disappointing. Overall, it does not feel worth the price we paid.

Safe, welcoming, clean and well stocked essentials

A little far to walk to key Charleston sites , so we a Ubered. Bikes were there, a Golf cart would be useful

"A different experience"

Excellent location to downtown, clean, cozy, and secure. The accommodations were small but adequate. They supply everything but food. The carousel parking was a unique experience and was happy to have the ability to park safely.

Nothing other than a place to sit to wait for food deliveries.
