For 3 of us, it was a very good value. It was very clean and easy to check in . It was in a quiet part of town with many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and an easy 10-15 minute walk into the central area. It was easy to check in (withough going through a person it was an e-check in; we didn't have a car but they had something I haven't seen in the USA - a parking garage where the cars get lifted in a vertical lot . The place seemed very new. It had a really nice outdoor sitting area; I would stay here as a couple but not again with more than a couple. It was a great value compared to hotel prices in town.

It was adverstised as 1 bedroom and a pull out couch in the family room. technically I guess that is true but the bedroom barely could contain the bed and there wasn't a door it was a pull curtain to provide privacy from the living room. The bedroom was very very small . It was too cramped for 3 people.
