There were IT bugs with the codes to unlock the access gate. Fortunately the staff onsite sorted them up.

It's an AIRBNB apartment, if that's what you are looking for. Staff were nice and helpful.

Booking.com did NOT specify this is an Airbnb, or I would never have booked it. It's a fairly new complex, with LOTS of apartments crammed in together, with very little outside accessible light. Parking is $29/day additional. For this reason I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM again - no transparency and customer service is sorely lacking.

We loved the location, and could walk to many places. The modern look was surprising and different. We have traveled to a lot of different places, and I'm not usually surprised by hotels, but this one took my breath. Excellent lay out and every space was utilized all the way to the ceiling. Smart design!

I have never seen a parking station like yours, so we had a little problem at first. The staff members "Samantha & Kimberly" were excellent taking care of old women questions. They took good care of the clientele! Also, I had wished I was at least 6 ft tall. I Couldn't reach the microwave without a stool. lol

Good area! Very clean just a really cool concept!

My bathroom door was broken would not close all the way and would not lock! That’s very important thing to me for a bathroom. Privacy!

Room was clean and well maintained.

Parking was terrible. My Honda Passport had no clearance on the folded in mirrors on the parking carosel. In order to line up the vehicle to get on the contraption, there was only 2 inches of clearance on the left side of the car when entering the cubicle. On exiting the machine, with both mirrors folded in, they scraped the rubber yellow tubing on the guide wires. On arrival after a 5 hour drive it was very stressful to encounter such an unusual parking machine the no human assistance. We left two nights early and would like a refund for at least one night.
