Location was perfect.. Very walkable. Staff was very good, and the apartment was well equipped and very clean!!

Rainy, all weekend?That was the downfall, not the iris's fault.

"Nice location within walking distance downtown Charleston"

The location was an easy walk to downtown Charleston making it easy to explore by foot. The room was really nicely presented even if a little tight for room once we pulled out the sofa bed. It was a nice surprise walking in to see a bottle of Australian wine greeting us on arrival given we are Australian, which we certainly enjoyed. The staff were very friendly & helpful :)

We had trouble getting in through the security gate a few times. Thankfully staff were there to let us in. Car parking at the property is very tight. We had a medium sized SUV & it was a fairly slow & precise process getting our car into & out off the larger car stacker.

Location, style, facilities,

There were IT bugs with the codes to unlock the access gate. Fortunately the staff onsite sorted them up.
